When booking directly with the landlord, you do not only benefit from transparent terms and conditions, but also receive additional availability that is not visible on booking portals for holiday homes and hotels. Furthermore, you will be in personal contact with the landlord from the very start of your holiday planning: we are happy to answer your questions, requests and individual needs.

We generally do not run discounts or Black Friday deals. Sometimes we offer booking gaps at special rates. We also have offers for solo travellers, bikers (cyclists, motorcyclists, quad bikers) and offers in connections to activities.

Härbre

As a solo traveller or solo female traveller, you stay at the apartment Härbre at the following special rate:

• 16.05. - 11.07.2026: 60 euros per night, 360 euros per week.
• 11.07. - 15.08.2026: 70 euros per night, 420 euros per week.
• 15.08. - 26.09.2026: 60 euros per night, 360 euros per week.

▸ Individual nights can be booked spontaneously on site or upon request. Periods with a minimum stay of 5 nights or more can be booked in advance. Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in the holiday flat.

Holiday home Ull or Balder

Single travellers can also rent one of our Log homes Ull or Balder at a preferential rate:

• 16.05. - 11.07.2026: 550 euros per week instead of 690 euros
• 15.08. - 26.09.2026: 550 euros per week instead of 690 euros.

▸ Minimum stay 1 week. Maximum 1 pet.

Our Rental Conditions apply to all our offers. Periods and dates for reservations are specified in the respective offer. When booking, please indicate that you wish to book an offer.

Terms of payment/ Cancellation

• The full rental price is due immediately upon booking. Cancellation fees for a cancellation within 28 days (4 weeks) before the start of the rental period are 80 % of the rental price and 100 % of the rental price if the cancellation takes place 28 or less days before the start of the rental period.
